As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.
Meet John
John Miller worked in hospitality management for 20 years before he decided to make the move into real estate in 2003. He says the industry was a great match for his education, experience and skill set, and he loves helping his family, friends and neighbors buy and sell homes.
Some of the communities John often works in include Lake Stevens, Marysville and Everett. He also specializes in north King County, Skagit County and Camano Island. He works with all types of clients – from first-time homebuyers to empty nesters, starter homes to luxury homes. Additionally, John has experience with vacant land, investment properties, business opportunities and commercial leasing. Clients often appreciate John’s down-to-earth approach, and he strives to be knowledgeable and detail-oriented in all steps of the process.
John is active in his local community and volunteers for a number of local organizations, including his church, homeless shelters and food banks. For John, his family and faith are his top priorities, and he is looking forward to celebrating his twenty-fifth wedding anniversary with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

Everett
Everett was once a lumber town, and it is maybe best known as the place where Boeing builds some of its most popular airplanes, but the city is so much more than that. We’re also home to some of the prettiest views of Puget Sound and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Everett’s economy is strong. In addition to Boeing—fun fact: the airplane assembly facility is the largest building in the world by volume—we’re also home to Naval Station Everett, the west coasts’ largest marina, and the Xfinity events center, a conference and convention center that hosts events that used to be held at Key Arena in Seattle. But everett’s cultural scene is healthy as well. Our theaters and performing arts centers thrive, and our downtown library is a beacon to book lovers from throughout the community. If outdoor recreation is more your speed, our parks and marinas provide opportunities for boating, hiking, birdwatching, and walking through splendid gardens and arboretums. Education is important to Everett residents. Our schools boasts a 94% graduation rate. And we have several higher learning opportunities through community colleges and satellite campuses for both Washington State University and Western Washington University. Homes in Everett range from midcentury and classics to new construction. Many homes have a view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. If you’d like to learn more about Everett, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
Reviews
“John Miller was my Realtor when I bought my house and when I sold my house. Both transactions went smoothly. He's an excellent Agent! I highly recommend John if you are selling or buying a home. I used his services in 2010 and again in 2014.”

“Thank you very much for getting my dad's place sold. Took a large amount off of my plate of stuff to do to get his life in order. I would definitely recommend you in the future…”
